• Efficiency - 337 sq.ft. at $3,010.00/mo.
• Studio - 520 sq.ft. at $3,110.00/mo.
• Respite - 325 sq.ft. at $3,160.00/mo., fully furnished and inclusive of housekeeping and laundry service.
• 1BD - 550 to 676 sq.ft. at $3,250.00/mo.
• 2BD - 948 sq.ft. at $3,400.00/mo.

All-Inclusive Amenities

• Three meals daily prepared and served each day by Evergreen's dietary team
• Emergency assistance available on-site 24/7 via call system
• Transportation to healthcare appointments M-F, 8-3
• Medication administration
• Cable TV service

Extras

• Third-party contracted personal care services are available starting at $600.00/mo.
• A one-time community fee of $500.00 is charged upon admission
• After-hours transportation at $100.00 roundtrip, when available
• An additional lessee may sign for an additional $800.00/mo.
